QUEENS OF ART

Your invited to escape the cold of winter and join us in Florida for this one of a kind artist event!

The main focus of this Queens of Art event is PROJECTS! This event boasts 5 incredible projects presented in a beautiful, intimate atmosphere where you can escape and simply...CREATE! All projects are created with a regal and romantic Valentine's feel in mind.

Your creative weekend with begin Friday afternoon with a Welcome Soiree! Gather with new friends, enjoy a glass of wine and cheese. We will jump right in with our first project this evening.

Queens of arts will be held at Karen's cape cod style home in Plantation Florida.

Not only will Karen be the hostess, but she will also be the artful chef for Queen of Arts! Each morning we will begin with a lovely opportunity to venture among the butterfly garden with coffee and mimosas before diving into a day of regal projects and creative time with friends.

No matter what your creative interest are, Queens of Art will offer something for everyone!

From paper, fabric, to shabby sweet mosaics, there will be a variety of projects to suit your fancy!

As part of the event each lady with have the opportunity to participate and shop at the Suitcase Showcase! If you would like the opportunity to sell some of your lovely creations, but don't want to travel with a large inventory of items, then this is the perfect vending opportunity for you!

If you would like to offer any items for sale during the weekend, we invite you to participate in the Suitcase Showcase! All items should be displayed in suitcases of your choice. However, please consider the nature of the event and consider a lovely suitcase that best compliments the feel of the event and best represent your lovely art. All suitcase MUST be lined with either white or cream lace, crochet, etc. The Suitcase Showcase will be on display all weekend for all to view and make purchases!

Also as a participant in Queens of Art, please take part in our Valentine's Box Swap!

Take a pretty Valentine's Box and decorate it in your own artistic form! Fill it with trinkets or treasures of your choice...lace, ribbon, buttons, embellishments, special treasures! The goal is to make the outside as pretty as what is inside! Make your box a treasure one would love to put on display each and every Valentine's Day! More details will follow upon registration.
